Toyana is packaged drinking water from Hyderabad in 250 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 2 litre bottles and 20-litre cans. Here are straight answers to what people ask us most.
What sizes does Toyana come in?
Four sealed PET bottle sizes, 250 ml, 500 ml, 1 litre and 2 litres, plus 20-litre refillable cans for homes and offices.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Hyderabad. We are growing zone by zone, so tell us your area in the bulk inquiry form and we'll confirm whether we deliver there yet.
Is there a minimum bulk order?
Bulk orders are confirmed case by case. Share your quantity in the bulk inquiry form and we'll confirm what we can supply, the price and the delivery date before anything is booked.
How do I become a Toyana distributor?
Fill in the bulk inquiry form and choose "Distributor". We'll call you to talk through your area, the outlets you supply, volumes and terms. More on the distributors page.
Do 20-litre cans need a deposit, and how do refills work?
Deposit and refill prices depend on your area and how many cans you need. Tell us your area and cans per week, and we'll confirm the price, any deposit and your delivery days before the first delivery.
Is Toyana FSSAI licensed?
Yes. Toyana is made under an FSSAI licence. The licence number is printed on every bottle, next to the FSSAI logo.
How do I order?
For shops, offices, homes and events, use the bulk inquiry form and a Toyana teammate will call you back. You can also email hello@toyana.in.
Is Toyana mineral water?
No. Toyana is packaged drinking water: advanced treated water, purified through multiple processes. It is not natural mineral water.
How long does a sealed bottle keep?
Use within 6 months from the date of manufacture, which is printed on the bottle. Store it in a cool, hygienic place away from direct sunlight, and don't buy it if the seal is broken.
How many bottles do I need for a wedding or function?
Plan about half a litre per guest for a short function, one litre for a 3 to 6 hour event and one and a half litres for a full day, plus more in hot weather. The events page has a calculator.
