How Toyana handles your details.

The short version

This website has no cookies, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no third-party scripts. The only personal details we receive are the ones you type into the bulk-order form, and we use them only to reply to you.

What we collect

• From the bulk-order form: your name, phone number, the kind of buyer you are, delivery area, estimated quantity and the format you're interested in.
• If you switch between light and dark theme, that choice is saved in your own browser only. It never reaches us.

Why we collect it

To contact you about your inquiry, and to quote, supply and deliver Toyana products if you go ahead. We don't use your details for anything else, and we don't sell them or share them for marketing.

Where it goes

Form submissions are received by our website host, Netlify, and forwarded to the Toyana team's email inbox. Netlify may store and process this data on servers outside India. Access is limited to the people at Toyana who handle orders.

How long we keep it

Only as long as we need it to follow up on your inquiry and to keep the business records the law requires. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the details you've sent us, or withdraw your consent to be contacted. Write to hello@toyana.in and we'll act on it promptly.
